**Acquisition and Retention Assistant**

:
The assistant will play a key role in helping the Digital Manager - Acquisition and Retention in building and developing POC’s community retention program in alignment with the department and regional business goals. A strong focus on the day-to-day activities that will help incremental sales, increased share of wallet and improved customer retention. You will work cross functionally with global brand, digital and regional sales teams to understand business targets and develop strategies to support them.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: LOYALTY:

- Assist in idea generation, development and testing of the utilities within the loyalty program.
- Assist with and implement strategies and processes that are conducive to departmental objectives and KPI’s: Customer acquisition, consumer engagement, increased sales, lifetime value and consumer insights.
- Create, identify and evaluate day-to-day/monthly objectives and KPI’s that align with departmental objectives and KPI’s.
- Coordinate with brand, digital and creative teams on experience creation and development
- Coordinate and create community communication outreach program in partnership with brand and regional digital teams

EMAIL/SOCIAL:

- Assist in the creation of a roadmap for improved personalization and relevancy
- Ownership of day-to-day management of awareness creation outreach across all paid media channels.
- Coordinate with APAC, EU and NA digital teams and Global Brand Team to drive efficiencies and transparency.
- Responsible for report generation.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Fluent in English
- Team-Player, excellent communicator
- Ability to learn quickly
- Passion for sports
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent work experience.
- Work Experience:

- Required: experience in paid media
- Bonus: experience in CRM and/or loyalty programs
