**About the job**

Following an extensive onboarding, you will focus on monthly performance reviews and detailed analysis, planning, as well as the collection, validation and critical assessment of data. For the most part, these tasks will be related to selling, general & administrative (SGA) expenses. You will be part of a highly motivated and supportive team and will closely collaborate with senior management.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, contributing to the global planning cycle
- Participating in monthly performance meetings, providing performance insights to various internal stakeholders
- Ensuring transparency
- Tracking of several initiatives

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or similar
- First experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SAP, XLCubed, PowerBI or others is an advantage

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German would be an asset

**Work Experience**
- First relevant work experience in FP&A, business controlling, consulting, process enhancement or project roles (with a financial focus)

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 60.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values. This position is also open to more intermediate profiles.
