**Role purpose**

Key contributor of the controlling team, the senior FP&A controller is a central link to internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the reporting activities and steering processes across the business

**Key tasks**
- Lead monthly forecasting and reporting processes
- Drive the annual business planning process in alignment with the company leadership team
- Monitor the business performance, analyse trends and set-up sound performance KPIs
- Initiate and implement the continuous improvement of system and processes
- Manage the planning and consolidation tools for P&L, fixed costs and CAPEX
- Support the execution of strategic projects
- Prepare regular financial and board presentation packages
- Support accounting in the preparation of month-end closings and half-year financial statements

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Solid analytical skills with attention to details and strong business acumen
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Profound understanding of IFRS accounting principles
- Perfect command of Excel (financial modelling) and MS Office
- Hands-on mentality, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work in an international team spread over different countries

**Required language levels**:

- English: Professional knowledge, written and spoken
- German or French are an asset

- Following Austrian law regulations, we offer competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 66.526,88 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
