Reporting to the Head of Central FP&A, and working with and alongside other members of the FP&A business partners, you maximize the value creation of the operational teams by providing a solid system and reporting architecture as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis to our management with insights into what drives profitable growth.

This role will focus on assisting in transforming and monitoring the execution of the group finance system reorganisation into a best-in-class setup with annual operating budgets. With the use of financial modelling skills, this role will forecast operating and profitability performance and set annual targets for KPIs.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Interact with finance and business stakeholders to deliver solutions to support company mission and strategy whilst delivering EBITDA targets.
- Manage financial reporting system and setup to ensure accurate, timely and customized outcomes fulfilling the needs of finance and business stakeholders.
- Accompany forecasting and budgeting cycles for the company while managing the operational financial reporting system (OneStream) and reporting structure.
- Support the creation and implementation of the overall FP&A framework improving the speed, accuracy, quality and transparency of financial results and supporting accountability of results delivery.
- Define and monitor the trends of KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances, both relating to financial metrics such as sales, costs, and profit margin as well as process & performance efficiency.
- Lead the cost impact dimension for specific business departments in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, in collaboration with business leaders and finance counterparts.
- Perform operational and financial analyses, including KPIs, and present findings and recommendations for both revenue & costs and process & performance efficiency.
- Establish and lead the recurring P&L performance monitoring (monthly, quarterly, annually) through management reporting that identifies performance drivers and brings actionable intelligence to management.
- Support the implementation of a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
- Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
- Be accountable for ad hoc support and participation in critical business analytics, performance reporting and key project support, as directed by senior leadership.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Previous experience within an FP&A role with around 4+ years of proven experience in working in a high growth, blue chip, multinational business.
- Strong emphasis on quantitative business process analysis skills and ability to establish relationships between resources and their drivers.
- Demonstrated financial/operational analysis experience, P&L and Cash Flow with an emphasis on operational analysis of profitability drivers.
- Proficiency with business planning techniques and related development of key performance indicators and systems of accountability for a large organization.
- Demonstrated technological proficiency in harnessing large data-sets across enterprise systems and building scalable system-enabled models/reporting frameworks.
- Excellent skills in MS Office suite is a given, experience with OneStream a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required; completion of an MBA is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
