As we grow as a company we also need to professionalize our internal processes. To help us achieve this we are looking for a Finance Manager.

**As our Finance Manager you are responsible for**:

- Set up and manage finance functions: Accounting, FP&A, Management & Investor Reporting, Financing
- Work closely with CEO & Commercial team to develop a financial and operational plan that steers results across the funnel
- Responsible for the communication of financial topics with investors & management on an ad-hoc basis as well as in monthly/quarterly board presentations
- Build up a financial model that drives budgeting, scenario planning & forecast, and key management reports
- Accounts Payable - Prepare and process inbound vendor bills; reconcile amounts to vendor contracts and team budgets; generate reports for approval and cash flow management.
- Accounts Receivable - Prepare and process client invoices; reconcile amounts to client contracts and deliverables schedules; record client payments and bank receipts; generate aging reports and work with business partners to ensure timely payment.
- Payroll - Prepare and process payroll; work with external payroll providers to ensure timely payments and compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Perform month-end close; post cost allocation and intra-company journal entries; assist in the reconciliation of cash and balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure accurate tax billings (sales tax, VAT, etc.)
- Partner with internal and external experts (Tax advisory, Payroll) to develop and improve controllership processes and to anticipate changing business requirements
- Purchasing - Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure an efficient purchasing process; prepare purchasing requests for approval and support with documentation to be compliant with ISO and SOC requirements

**Requirement**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a high-paced startup environment
- In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas (Accounting, FP&A, Management & Investor Reporting, Financing) and interest in continuously learning and improve
- Solid analytical skills, with an inquisitive mindset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly energetic with a pleasant personality, and a “can do/getting things done” attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable; must be able to navigate and blend into a high-paced start-up environment.
