Video Producer

**Life as a Video Producer**:
Are you passionate about how storytelling, brands and the medium of video work together? Are you looking for a fast-paced, multi-faceted job?

You’ll be responsible for video production from planning and concept phase all the way through to post-production and delivery. We are looking for an experienced and motivated video producer to join our creative video team.

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for producing outstanding videos, web series, advertisements and social media content together with other members of the content
- and video-production teams at LOOP.
- You act as the point of contact for video projects assigned to you within the agency and are at all times engaged in the process to produce and deliver these video projects.
- You are able to bring creative concepts to life, and strategically and effectively piece together video content to tell compelling, engaging stories for high profile clients.
- You have excellent organizational skills and are the first touchpoint for all aspects of the production process, including managing pre
- and post-production.
- You easily ensure all stakeholders within a video project are thoroughly briefed, and that the video production is running in line with agreed brief.
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the timing plan for assigned video projects from concept phase to the final video output and assign resources accordingly.
- You are involved in the quotation phase and consult on internal and external costs for video productions (incl. locations, licenses, equipment, music, talent, specialist partners etc.)
- You define the production budgets in line with the quotation, including budgeting for external partners or costs, and ensure that assigned productions run on time, within budget and are delivered to the desired outcome.
- You are a strong team player and have the ability to motivate, support and direct a project team or individual Production Coordinators, Videographers, Editors or other team members assigned to a project. This includes working in-house, with freelancers or with an external production group to ensure the highest possible level of output.
- You have experience and understanding of relevant brand video content and know how it is used in a digital environment.
- You are a digital native, who is always up to date with the latest innovations in video technology, social media and the ever-changing digital landscape.
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in a production role.
- Agency experience and Technical know-how is a plus.
- You have an understanding of editing processes (Adobe creative cloud suite).
- You have very good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You have a high willingness to travel.
- Excellent English language skills, German is a plus.
