**Life as a Digital Media Designer**:
You’re passionate about designing compelling ad content that captivates audiences and drives action.

You are spearheading our media design efforts across various social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, among others.

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Design ad creative for diverse social platforms and evolving channels.
- Support in producing effective creative for display, affiliate, and video channels.
- Research and recommend ad ideas and experiments across all priority channels and ad formats.
- Employ brand assets and photography to create engaging ads.
- Collaborate with media managers to analyze creative reporting to enhance performance and produce new ad variations.
- Provide and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of social ads platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
- Proficiency in the Creative Suite and design tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
- Proactivity and curiosity, with a keen eye for great advertising.
- Experience in producing effective ads for paid social campaigns.
- Basic understanding of performance creative metrics.
- Basic competence in motion graphics, video editing.
- Passion for digital media and understanding of digital advertising.
- Eye for digital design, typography, and color.
- Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe CC.
- Ability to manage full funnel assets for paid media formats.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in digital design.
- Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus.
