You are an enthusiastic and well-organized self-starter with good time management skills and profound experience with branding activities. You are keen to drive acquisition, activation and retention across all digital channels. You will set up activation and branding strategies and manage media budgets for several clients.

As our future Paid Media Manager you are passionate about digital marketing and branding strategies. You will build and expand advertising strategies within the digital environment and consult our clients to ensure the growth and the positive image of brands.

**Requirements**:

- Be the main contact point for the client and prepare for client interactions including meetings, reviews, workshops, etc.
- Understand the client’s needs and briefings, define media strategies and take care of budget splits on media vendors, media plan creation, booking, implementation, ad set up, keyword lists, copy adaptions, daily optimizations and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance figures and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
- Be able to analyse a brand, its target audiences, success factors and build a channel selection and media strategies based on your research.
- Set-up campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Create, develop and maintain reports that track key metrics and performance.
- Coordinate with our internal strategy and design departments to ensure best-in-class creative that supports media objectives and ideal customer experiences.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of media planning, KPIs and digital marketing.
- Communicative, organised and solution-oriented personality.
- You have an analytical mindset.
- You are a team player but on the same time able to take action and work independently.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Min. 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
