As a Senior Scrum Master, you will**:

- be a real agile leader for one or more projects
- help to grow agility within the whole organization and to embed the agile mindset
- share your knowledge as a coach and trainer throughout the organization
- improve internal processes with your team
- have an eye on the burnup/burndown charts and eliminate problems/challenges through pro-active impediment management
- support your Product Owner in maximizing ROI and your team regarding Quality Assurance
- moderate Scrum meetings and workshops on your own
- support your development team in delivering high-quality software
- be also in the role of a change-manager in your team which means that you make sure that “Doing the right things, doing it the right way” will be realized within the team and the organizational environment
- also support your team at peak-times with your multifunctional skills such as Software Development, Quality Assurance and story preparation to assure constant throughput
- see problems in advance due to your active risk management and therefore set the right actions on time to reduce the negative impact
- support your colleagues to surpass themselves as their coach and trainer
- lead distributed teams towards self-organization and smooth integration of your work
**You will enjoy this job if you**:

- have excellent knowledge of human nature and empathy and have also mastered communication and moderation
- show a high level of responsibility
- count conflict management among your strengths
- you are not scared of challenging phases within the projects
- are positive, have a strong personality, are self-confident and support your team
- can utilize Jira, YouTrack and Confluence - beneficial
- have good English skills (business fluent, spoken and written) and very good German skills (spoken and written)
- have a relevant certification (PSM, CSM) - beneficial
- live agile values and can teach them to the whole organization by holding workshops and talks
- already have several years of experience in large-scale projects
- develop best-practices for internationally distributed teams
- have at least 5 years experience in agile product development as a Scrum Master
- have experience in Requirements Engineering and Quality Assurance
- have skills in Software Development

**For Austria**:The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 50.540 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
