**What you'll do**:
**Expectations and Tasks**:
- Generate demand, manage the pipeline, and close opportunities.
- Create opportunity plans that highlight compelling solution value propositions.
- Collaborate with the broader account team on sales initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships at both the solution area and buying center levels.
- Advance opportunities for cloud migration, expanding accounts, or entering new accounts in the solution area.
- Utilize a comprehensive understanding of company operations, business models, strategies, and processes.
- Stay informed about SAP’s competitors and their value drivers.
- Leverage SAP’s extensive team of experts and industry insights to effectively address customer needs.
- Encourage customer participation in relevant SAP communities, programs, and events.
- Foster collaboration with the partner ecosystem.
**What you bring**:
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and quickly gain the trust of C-level executives.
- Highly professional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Capability to work effectively in a sales team environment.
- Proven expertise in contracts and negotiations.
- Experience driving renewals and robust commercial support skills, especially subscription-based services.
**Work experience**:
- I have over five years of proven success selling enterprise software in customer-facing roles, particularly in Procurement, Finance, GRC, and order-to-cash SaaS solutions.
- Previous software sales experience in Procurement, Finance/AP, Treasury, or ERP.
- Experience in demand generation using the latest digital and social selling techniques.
- Knowledge of the financial, competitive, and regulatory environment.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, information systems, finance, procurement, or a related field.
