Program Manager (M/F/d) - Home office possible
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager within the DIIT (Diagnostic imaging IT) - Program Management Office (PMO), you will engage with local and global stakeholders to successfully manage your program to a successful release while:
- Ensuring compliance against defined Design Control & Transfer & Launch processes
- Executing the delivery of product / solution releases within a balanced matrix organizational structure through utilization of various project management methodologies, such as, SCRUM, Feature Driven Design, Iterative Design and Waterfall Design
- Facilitating an open dialogue with project stakeholders in order to;
- Understand, define and manage against program priorities.
- Understand and establish project scope, deliverables and estimated time frames.
- Identify appropriate type and allocation of resources to ensure task / project completion.
- Identify and resolve conflicts /roadblocks between project stakeholders.
- Implement operational efficiencies with regards to project execution.
- Communicate project and project status within the project control team and throughout the organization.
- Identifying opportunities, contributing to and leading the development of Project Management Best Practices.
- Providing project management guidance to non-project manager stakeholders within your respective core team.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- A master’s, bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a strong academic performance
- Track record leading complex projects in a software or high tech field, with proven experience utilizing various project management methodologies
- Proven ability to bring people together and obtain consensus.
- Strong organization skills applied to managing multiple projects concurrently with extensive scope and complexity.
- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities and a demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning.
- Well-developed skills in influencing and motivating others to achieve goals.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification experience in change management within a technology environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results oriented
- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills
- A strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environment
- Continuous learning orientation
- Strong communication skills, troubleshooting skills and able to self-direct

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 65.000;
- p.a. An overpayment depending upon qualification/experience is a matter of course.
