Senior Director Technical Marketing

In your new job you will:

- **Shape the roadmap for new products **in collaboration with product marketing and product development
- **Provide technical support for selected key customers **, training and design-in support for Sales and FAEs
- **Collect and evaluate customer requirements **and drive cross-department and cross-divisional activities to offer complete solutions
- **Leverage cross-functional knowledge **to gain new customers and collaborate with global functions (Application Marketing, Product Marketing, System Architects) and R&D within and outside the IPC Division
- **Contribute significantly to functional area business value, **Design-Win and revenue development

As team player, you communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. You are personally committed to the project concerns and award them a high priority. You deal with daily team issue and further develop the team in engineering and communication skills.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A university degree in electrical engineering **, electro-mechanics, power electronics or a related field of study
- **8+ years of relevant experience **- ideally several years in the area of power electronics
- **Leadership experience **and the **willingness to become a leader of leaders**:

- **Willingness to travel worldwide **to support customers and conferences
- **Excellent English communication skills **- including the **ability to negotiate, present and report in a convincing manner**
