Director Technical Marketing for High Voltage

Within our Power & Sensor Systems division, we are looking for a Director Technical Marketing for High Voltage Automotive Applications to lead the Product Definition
In your new job you will:
- **Lead the Product Definition
- **and **Product Application Engineering**:
- **Be responsible to secure technology **-, product
- **Provide technical guidance for the Field Application Engineers **(training, trouble shooting, support in customer meetings)
- **Develop new solutions / approaches **based on broad technical expertise, thought leadership and interdependencies
- **Foster innovation at all levels **in products, processes and business practice
- **Be fully responsible for a multicultural team **including full spectrum of management functions: hiring, training, coaching, performance and salary review, team development, invest/cost budget
- **Be responsible for continuous improvemen **t **of related Technical Marketing processes and methods

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **A Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering **or similar areas
- **5+ years experience in a management role **in a technical environment
- **A deep understanding of power electronics **, experience with **WBG electronics **is desired
- **Extensive people and project management experience **with proven track record of building teams
- **Experience in leading and driving strategic initiatives and **working with international, cross-functional teams**: Technology/ Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Quality, Reliability and Manufacturing
- **Exceptional analytical, communication **and **coordination skills**:
- **The willingness to travel domestically **and **internationally**
