**Lead with Authority**:

- Guide IC development projects through their lifecycle
- Be the go-to expert for all project inquiries, fostering a culture of shared insights
- Lead cross-functional teams, streamlining the efforts of Marketing, Concept Engineering, Design, Test Engineering and many others

**Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure that project targets are met
- Own operational choices, steering projects towards successful outcomes
- Align activities with technology and package development teams, fostering a seamless workflow

**Report and Record**:

- Regularly update R&D and Business Line management on project progress
- Maintain thorough project documentation, adhering to development procedures

You're driven by a passion for cutting-edge technologies, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture. With your skilled leadership and excellent communication skills, your projects find their way to the finish line smoothly.

**Who You Are**
A passionate project manager with:

- A **degree **in **Electrical **/ **Electronic Engineering **, **Business Administration **, or a related field
- At least **6 years of hands-on experience **in the **semiconductor **or related industries, including an impressive **4-year track record **of spearheading projects**:

- Enthusiasm to lead your cross-functional, multicultural project teams and other contributors
- In-depth **expertise **in **project life-cycle management **including project definition, planning, risk management, tracking, reporting and closing the project
- An appropriate **understanding **of semiconductor technologies and products **, enabling you to seamlessly translate technical intricacies into impactful project outcomes
- **Fluent English skills **. Proficiency in German and Italian are beneficial
