If the answer is yes, you are the one we are looking for. As Senior Manager for Product Development Discretes you will lead and manage the product development team for Ultra Low Voltage PowerMOSFETs.
In your new job you will:
- **Lead and manage the product development team **for Ultra Low Voltage PowerMOSFETs
- **Establish a strong mindset towards business needs **(design to cost, time to market and requirement driven development)
- **Drive market-oriented product **and **technology innovation **in close collaboration with the business stakeholders
- **Foster project management **and **technical product development skills **of the development team
- **Execute the product development roadmap**
You like to cooperate across boundaries contributing to a great team atmosphere by open and constructive communication. With your people-oriented mindset you are able to
create an environment that offers sufficient space for people to express their personalities and competences. Furthermore, you are capable of translating the strategy into ambitious goals by giving a clear vision and shaping the development responsibilities.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering **or comparable
- **At least 5+ years of professional experience in a leading role **or technical leadership
- **The ability to drive business oriented product development **and innovation
- **A proactive and people-oriented mindset **with **strong communication and moderation skills **to align between various stakeholders
