We are looking for a full time position performance marketing manager (M/F/d) who takes our efforts with paid socials and take it to the next level.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Development and execution of the overall strategy for your channel group based on OKRs & definition on a channel level with the head of PM
- Ensuring revenue, profit or cost cutting goals for every task on the channel and allocation to tasks/channels based on maximizing output on that level
- Ensuring enough personal touchpoints with every direct report in the team so we have a strong feeling of belonging, commitment, motivation to get something done, feedback and possibility to learn and improve. You are directly responsible for the wellbeing and output of your team - both must be in place to create a fun and constructive work environment
- Enabling the team by clarifying strategy, responsibilities, giving feedback on the quality of work and understanding and steering into the right direction
- Making sure the team has the tools, reporting and help they need to meet their personal goals and constantly improve the situation
- Having a clear eye on input/output ratio and short time vs long term improvement helps to keep a stable work life balance while meeting the goals in the team
- You continuously work on the channel weaknesses to improve your chances of success and also develop areas that are easy to understand and improve for more junior personnel
- You have an eye on the processes used in your channels to make sure time and budget are not only spent well but also in a process that enables growth over time through improvement by design (iteration cycles & a process with clear KPIs so there is direct feedback if it improved). This also means you monitor processes happening in parallel to yours meant to assist you and actively feedback to maximize your output (examples: content production meant for your channel, video production for your channel etc)
- You focus on scalable solutions and spend time and money where we can not only keep the status quo but strive for active improvement in areas of growth or cost efficiency
- You are able to be the lead in projects from the set up up until the execution phase including time planning, task management and managing skills involved for a successful execution in your core areas

**Your profile**:

- Initial working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online DTC marketing
- Fast learner and will to master paid socials marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1)
- Willing to coduct tests and improve setup to find scaling opportunities on paid socials
- Confidence in working effectively with increasing budgets
- Ability to work independently, responsibly with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Positive and proactive mindset, and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance

- ** Salary(FT)**:For legal matters, we state that the minimum wage for this position is 2.229 € gross per month. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.

- ** Location**:Our headquarters in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis
