Unsere Projekte im Bereich Prozessautomatisierung und RPA decken folgende große Bereiche ab: Beratung, Plattformentwicklung und Operationalisierung von diversen Modellen der Prozessautomatisierung.

Als Business Analyst für Prozessautomatisierung & RPA wirst Du Teil eines Teams, welches sich aus von Innovation begeisterten Personen zusammensetzt und branchenübergreifend für diverse Großkunden arbeitet.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Teilnahme an der Anforderungsanalyse, technischen Spezifikation und dem Design und der Entwicklung komplexer Prozessautomatisierungs-und RPA Projekte
- Beitrag zum Architekturdesign, zur Entwicklung und zur Integration in bestehende Unternehmenssysteme
- Umsetzung, Konfiguration und Optimierung von Prozessautomatisierungs
- und RPA Lösungen für unsere Kunden in onpremise, Cloud oder hybriden Umgebungen
- Interaktion mit Teams aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen

**Verpflichtende Fähigkeiten**:

- Bachelor-oder Masterabschluss in Informatik oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder als Softwareentwickler
- Erfahrung mit Prozessautomatisierungstools, z.B. Camunda oder gleichwertig ODER mit mindestens einem RPA-Tool, z.B. Blueprism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere oder ähnliche
- Erfahrung mit BPMN oder Äquivalenten und ein allgemeines Verständnis von Prozessmanagement
- Sichere Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsskills
- Hochmotivierter Teamplayer und nachgewiesene Teamfähigkeit

**Nice-to-have-Fähigkeiten**:

- Erfahrung mit Bereitstellungsautomatisierung, z.B. Helm, Ansible, Terraform

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in requirements gathering, technical specification and the design and development of complex operationalizing process automation & RPA projects
- Contribute to architecture design, development and integration into enterprise systems
- Build and configure process automation & RPA solutions on-prem, cloud or hybrid
- Build, test and optimize process automation & RPA solutions Interact with teams of engineers from multiple disciplines

**Mandatory skills**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
- Excellent level of German language (C1) and very good of English
- Аt least three years of professional experience in a similar position or as software developer
- Experience in Process Automation tools, e.g. Camunda or equivalents OR with at least one RPA tool, e.g. Blueprism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere or cloud equivalents
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 or equivalents and a general understanding of process management
