Job title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Service Owner (f/m/x)

As our successful RPA Service Owner, you will lead the development of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) service offering, its strategic direction, and the adoption of the of intelligent automation capabilities across the enterprise.

You will develop and mature the UiPath platform and operational processes, establishing operational governance, reporting and ensuring business continuity.

You will be overseeing and directing the day-to-day activities of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) service services and platforms, ensuring the solutions, services, platforms and infrastructure work reliably and securely.

You will develop and manage the RPA service & platform capability roadmap and drive new platform capability adoption.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Takeda’s realization of its near and long-term automation targets.
- End-to-End responsibility, including demand generation for all services developed and operationalized on the UiPath platform.
- At scale delivery of RPA bots through traditional IT development (>14 concurrent scrum teams) and citizen development.
- Responsible for UiPath platform support and operations.
- Develop and mature service and platform operational and governance processes.
- Responsible the platform capability management.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience delivering and supporting digital projects and products
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation platforms (UiPath preferred)
- Experience supporting solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure) environments
- Experience in leading high performance multi-faceted teams to deliver enterprise grade solutions in enterprise settings
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others to move toward common goals
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital technologies
- Understanding of latest software development trends

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is €4,751.92 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
