**Senior Corporate Recruiter (M/F/d)**:
**Your tasks**:
To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced recruiter, who has the ability to liaise within different levels in our organization. In this role you will use social media tools, networks and databases to recruit graduates and professionals into designated global business units with focus on Austria and EMEA.
- Be the point of contact for business partners, HR stakeholders and third parties for professional recruitment
- Maintain a constant and steady focus on the local market place, and disseminate local market intelligence to key client groups
- Work with the recruiting team to establish a consistent and professional recruiting approach
- Guide business partners and hiring managers on established recruiting procedures
- Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

**Your profile**:
You have a proven track record in recruiting of electrical engineering industry profiles or comparable industries in a highly result-driven environment. Your entrepreneurial attitude together with a strong drive, well-developed political sensitivity and style-flexibility in communication allows you to deliver on commitments and add optimal value to our company.
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting in a technical environment
- Expert knowledge level in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, networking, assessment, branding, negotiation, social media)
- Experience with international, process-oriented and preferably remote recruitment services
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, positive approach and drive to win
- Passion for technology
- Great communication skills and cultural awareness
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and in writing
