Agile Team Coach

As an **Agile Team Coach, **you are responsible for **leading and organizing **cross-functional **agile teams with focus in **R&D **hardware development **. You motivate, **moderate **and **coach **diverse teams and **support **the **implementation **of a state-of-the-art **agile **work **environment **in our **design center **in **Graz **.

In your new job you will:

- Work with the organization towards an **agile organizational structures **Design **and **implement **agile scaling **framework for **3 to 6 teams**:

- Work as **Scrum Master **/ **Agile Team Coach**:

- **Integrate **agile **methods also into **classical project organizations **and interfaces
- **Coach **the Development Team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders within the organization about **agile culture and development**:

- Improve the development **team’s self-managing **skills in order to maximize team **performance **and **foster collaboration **within the team
- Organize, manage and **facilitate **agile working methods **while considering relevant **business processes **at Infineon

You have a sound **experience **in **teaching/training **and **coaching **development teams into an **agile **organization **. You are able to **manage teams **with a **team-oriented **and **cooperative **approach. You have a **positive **mindset **and you **can motivate **people. **Your strong **communication skills **help you to successfully **drive projects **and to come to **quick decisions **.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in **electrical engineering **or **related **fields
- 2 to 3 years of experience in **HW development**:

- You have **solid experience **in **agile product development **and **agile engineering **as well as sound knowledge of **classical project management **methods
- You are able to quickly **establish **a **successful cooperation **and **communicate **openly, clearly and coherently
- You live up to **high quality standards **and work perseveringly on making things better, faster and more effective and efficient
