Du leitest ein Team bei der Bearbeitung von internationalen Projekten zu Planung und Bau unserer Hive PRO Insekten Mastanlagen.

- und Recyclingindustrie dienen. Industrielle Mengen organischer Nebenprodukte werden in Insektenprodukte umgewandelt und im Tierfuttermarkt vermarktet.

Wer du bist:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Diplom
- bzw. Masterstudium Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Chemie oder ähnliche Bereiche
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung, Planung, Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme von Industrieanlagen.
- Du bist kunden
- und qualitätsorientiertes sowie selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnt und kannst Projekte eigenverantwortlich nicht nur fachlich sondern auch organisatorisch abwickeln.
- Gerne arbeitest Du im Team und es macht Dir Freude mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen zusammen zu arbeiten.
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung bzw Projektabwicklung
- Du scheust dich nicht davor, eine leitende Position einzunehmen
- Hoher Innovationsgeist und Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Überzeugungs
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Deine Aufgaben:

- Leitung des Departments Engineering
- Verfahrenstechnische Planung und Konzeptentwicklung für Industrieanlagen
- Eigenständige Mitarbeit sowie Anleitung des Teams zur Erstellung von Verfahrensfließbildern, R&I-Fließbildern, Verfahrensbeschreibungen, Massen
- und Energiebilanzen sowie Dimensionierung von Anlagenteilen
- Spezifizierung von Anlagenequipment
- Mitwirkung der Montageüberwachung und Anlagen Inbetriebsetzung
- Während der Anlagenerrichtung bzw. bei Anlagenumbau überwachst Du die sorgfältige Übergabe von Schnittstellen
- Dein verfahrenstechnisches Know-How wendest Du bei der Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen an
- Erstellen von Sicherheitsbetrachtungen und Risikoanalysen
- Abwicklung von Behördeneinreichungen
- Eigenständige Abwicklung und Koordination von multidisziplinären Machbarkeitsstudien
- Führung und Protokollierung von Abstimmungen und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Kunden

Gehalt:
Wir bieten eine leistungsgerechte Bezahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Für diese Stelle bieten wir je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ein Bruttojahresgehalt im folgenden Rahmen: EUR 45.000 - EUR 70.000
