(Senior) Legal Counsel

**(Senior) Legal Counsel (f/m/d)**:
As a generalist with a solution and service-oriented approach, you will be primarily responsible for providing legal advice on commercial law issues as well as general contractual topics and other legal matters, always keeping the company's goals in mind. In this role, you will mainly supervise international projects and contribute your legal expertise. The implementation of internal trainings as well as the further development of processes and guidelines complete the scope of duties.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Independent conception, review and legal evaluation of international contracts, in particular customer and supplier contracts in the high-tech sector
- Legal support in national and international contract negotiations (mainly in English)
- Provide legal advice on legal issues within the AT&S Group, as well as implement legal solution proposals
- Cooperation with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Conduct international internal trainings on various legal topics

**Your Profile**:

- Successfully completed degree in law
- Relevant professional experience is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of data protection, intellectual property and/or antitrust law is an advantage
- Good understanding of economic contexts
- Positive, winning appearance with strong negotiation skills
- Communicative personality with a service

- Team-oriented personality with high intercultural sensitivity
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 50.000;
