**EHS Manager (M/F/d)**:
In this role, you will be reporting to the Director QM&EHS AT&S, providing tactical and strategic direction for the organization working closely with the Senior Leadership. Furthermore, you will coordinate countrywide with stake holders to create new environmental, health and safety standard operating procedures (SOP), where necessary, and maintain existing SOPs in accordance with the company-wide Leadership team for EHS.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Development and implementation of group EHS strategy
- Definition and monitoring of implementation of EHS goals
- Continuous improvement of standards, processes, documentation and tools in the area of EHS
- Continuous improvement and maintenance of management systems (ISO 14001, 50001, 45001) for the group and support local implementation
- Perform internal EHS system audits and participate in group certification audits (ISO 14001, 50001, 45001)
- Promote and create a 0 accident mindset in the group
- Monitor of any legal or norm changes affecting the EHS system

***Your Profile**:

- Preferred a technical education, covering water
- and waste water-treatment and recycling technologies, waste management and related treatment and recycling methods
- Knowledge in environmental, work and health protection and energy management systems (E.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). Preferred additional knowledge in water and waste management systems
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent moderation and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related position
- Understanding and coordination of plant and department comprehensive activities
- Experience in conflict and change management

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 65.000;
