**Director - Environment, Sustainability and Governance (f/m/d)**:
As the Director - Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), you will be responsible for leading the ESG function at a global level to establish and support AT&S as a leader in corporate sustainability. You will set ESG goals, develop sustainability frameworks that measure progression, and create and manage KPIs across global functions. Furthermore, you will have the full support of senior management and report directly to the senior management team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Define, develop and implement the sustainability and ESG strategy at a global level
- Manage external and internal relationships regarding all matters related to corporate sustainability and ESG topics, including the development of ESG programs that enhance reporting and external communications with key stakeholders
- Promote sustainability throughout the AT&S organization, customers, suppliers and other 3rd parties
- Drive sustainability topics group-wide and be sparring partner of AT&S local sustainability responsibles
- Analysis and evaluation of Corporate Sustainability activities (Sustainability Performance) e.g. RBA audits
- Participate in the preparation of the NFI report (including EU taxonomy) and climate reporting
- Develop advocacy strategies that address EU legislation relevant to sustainability and ESG
- Analysis and evaluation of Corporate Sustainability activities (Sustainability Performance) e.g. RBA audits
- Ensure full compliance with EU ESG regulations and obligations
- Provide strategic guidance to support cross-functional teams and activities
- Act as ambassador of AT&S sustainability

**Your Profile**:

- MA in the field of Business, Sustainability, Environment or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in an ESG position in a complex industrial environment (PCB and Semicon industry considered a plus)
- Good knowledge of International certifications and guidance (e.g. EHS, RBA) paired with experience in project/program management techniques, tools and methods
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills to liaise with opinion leaders and coordinate multiple functions/teams
- Ability to take on responsibility, ownership and to work independently
- Strong strategy development and deployment skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional language considered a plus)
