**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Solution Architects bei Client Engineering sind Teil eines funktionsübergreifenden Teams, das ein einzigartiges Kunden-Co-Creation-Erlebnis bietet, um die Transformation des Kunden zu beschleunigen.
- Als Teil eines unternehmerischen Teams wirst du gemeinsam mit den Kunden die IBM Value Engineering Methode als neue Norm schaffen.
- Du entwickelst das Framework und integrierte Lösungen, die die Geschäftsanforderungen des Kunden adressieren und gleichzeitig die Nutzung von IBM Technologien und Services durch den Kunden fördern.
- Du leitest alle Aspekte der integrierten Lösung, von der Ermittlung der Anforderungen bis hin zu technischen Entscheidungen, die sich auf das Geschäftsergebnis auswirken.
- Du arbeitest mit Mitgliedern des Kundenteams und des IBM Teams zusammen, um Proofs of Concept und Minimum Viable Products zu definieren und auszuführen.
- Du kombinierst zeitgemäße Cloud, KI und Analytics
- Kenntnisse mit tiefem Branchenwissen (Präferenz Banking) und einem Verständnis für das Geschäft des Kunden.
- Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, musst du Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen aus den letzten 3+ Jahren anwenden und eine führende Rolle einnehmen.
- Eine Führungsrolle innerhalb des Client Engineering Teams ausüben, um Co-Creation und gemeinsame Entwicklung zwischen Kunden und IBM zu ermöglichen Kontinuierliche Erweiterung von Branchen, Technologie und Wettbewerbskenntnisse in Kubernetes, Docker, Container Security und Red Hat Technologien (OpenShift, Ansible, etc.)
- Ausbau von Partnerschaften auf allen Ebenen der Kundenorganisation, um ein Höchstmaß an Kundenfürsprache zu erreichen.
- Du hast eine unternehmerische Denkweise und lieferst einen einzigartigen Wert, indem du Branchen
- und Technologiekenntnisse nutzt, um innovative Strategien voranzutreiben, die den Erfolg Ihrer Kunden beschleunigen.
- Verbindung von Kundenproblemen und -chancen mit der gesamten IBM Technologie und Servicepalette im Kundenkontext.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung cloudbasierter Software
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer technischen Lösungs und Architektenrolle für Cloud-basierte Lösungen
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Anwendung agiler Praktiken
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden - starke, kooperative Kundenbeziehungen, herausragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Präsentationsfähigkeiten,
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit OpenShift/Containerisierung
- Flüssige Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 6+ Jahre als Solution Architect oder IT/Multi-Cloud-Berater
- Kenntnisse in Middleware und/oder Sicherheitserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Architektur/Bereitstellung/Betrieb von Lösungen (z. B. Anwendungen, Infrastruktur, Speicher, Plattformen, Daten), die auf Multi-Cloud
- Umgebungen aufgebaut sind, darunter: AWZ, Azure, IBM Cloud, oder Google Cloud
