Als Retention Marketing Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest Du eng mit Stakeholdern aus Marketing und E-Commerce zusammen. Dabei unterstützt du die Entwicklung verschiedener Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung für die Huber-Marken.

Huber Digital betreibt das gesamte Online-Geschäft der Huber Holding über eigene Webshop-Plattformen und ausgewählte Marktplatzplattformen und hat ehrgeizige langfristige digitale Wachstumspläne und unterstützende Investitionen.

Gemeinsam mit Experten aus den Bereichen Performance Marketing, Content Management, Data Analytics und Customer Service bist Du dafür verantwortlich, Möglichkeiten zur weiteren Nutzung von Möglichkeiten zur Skalierung unseres digitalen Geschäfts zu identifizieren.

**Dein Arbeitsalltag**:

- Du brennst für B2C eCommerce und D2C Geschäftsmodelle.
- Du entwickelst unser Loyalty Programm weiter und konzipierst passende Kampagnen
- Du baust unsere CRM Flows aus und optimierst das Programm basierend auf KPIs und Kundenfeedback
- Du erarbeitest Konzepte zur Stärkung der Kundenbindung, wie z.B. SMS Marketing
- Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern (Brand Marketing & Softwarehersteller) zusammen und überwachst die Performance deiner Maßnahmen

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in digitalem Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbarem mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder E-Commerce
- 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, vorzugsweise im E-Mail-Marketing
- Überblick über die Customer Journey und Verständnis des Mehrwerts von Vertrauen im E-Commerce
- Erfahrung im Monitoring von Kampagnen, idealerweise mit Klaviyo oder ähnlichen Tools
- Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und effektives Stakeholder-Management
- Erfahrung im Management externer Partner und fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
