**We Are Seeking**

This role is ideal for an ambitious content marketer looking for a challenge in a fast-growing, bike-loving enterprise. These are really exciting times for Bikmo and this role will play a fundamental part within our marketing team.

Sector experience is not required - we're looking for team members who will challenge previously held views of how insurance companies operate, in favour of utilising technology and design to provide an exceptional experience to our customers.

**The Role**

Working as part of the international marketing team, you’ll support and drive Bikmo’s ambitious growth in the German and Austrian markets. This role will provide you with autonomy to shape the regional marketing strategy, launch 360 campaigns throughout the year, and work closely with our external paid media agency.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- To create content and upkeep the German and Austrian owned media - website, social media, video/photography and CRM/newsletter.
- To expand our ambassador network and ensure they are set up for success.
- Develop and manage editorial calendar and organisation workflows.
- Management of creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel.
- To help set our tone of voice for the German / Austrian markets and ad-hoc support with English to German translation requirements.
- Supporting other departments including the Partnerships function and Customer Support Teams when required.

**Skills + Experiences**

You will need to be able to clearly demonstrate that you have a good working knowledge & experience of the following areas:
**Essential**
- Good understanding of the digital marketing environment with proven experience of content marketing and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of marketing analytics and metrics,
- Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders with the ability to drive projects forward.
- Excellent task and time management skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to work with the ability to be autonomous.
- Excellent written and language skills in German - at native speaker or C2 level.
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing - English is our daily language for internal communication and exchange with our colleagues.

**Desirable**
- A love for all things bike and the outdoors. You know your derailleur from your disc brakes.
- Experience working in the insurance, financial, media or cycling sector.
- Experience working with CRM, CMS and CRO platforms.
- Knowledge and experience of on-page and off-page SEO practices.
- Event marketing implementation.
- A passion for sustainability

**Location**

As with most of the world, we are currently hybrid working however as conditions ease we would expect at least one-two days per week in our office in Innsbruck. We will work closely with you over video calls, screen shares, and Slack to get you into the systems and up to speed on our projects as well as developing a good understanding of our existing systems, our roadmap, and our working expectations.
