Job summary:
Flowserve in Villach is looking for a Documentation Technician / Project Documentation Technician (M/F/T) in full-time (38.5 hours/week) to join our Project Group & Documentation Team.

After an induction phase and training, you will be independently responsible for the creation of complete technical project documentation. As part of the final check, you will ensure that documents are correct and meet delivery deadlines. You will create and organize documents and coordinate document flows (internal/external). This usually involves more than 100 different documents, which is why you must have the ability to maintain a good overview even in complex situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation of technical standard and customer-specific project documentation
- Conception, structuring, research, and organization of project documents
- Creation, duplication, distribution and archiving of standard and customer-specific project documentation
- Direct contact with customers and suppliers regarding project documentation

**Requirements**:

- Completed technical training in mechanical engineering (HTL, FH/ UNI studies) or completed training for the handling of technical documentations
- Work experience is of advantage
- Experience in handling documentation in an industrial environment is of advantage
- Very good MS-Office user knowledge (especially MS Word and MS Excel)
- Experienced handling of various computer systems/environments
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat desirable
- Knowledge of macro/VBA programming advantageous
- Good written and spoken English required
- Communication skills, high resilience and flexibility, routine handling of very large amounts of data and documents
- Strong team spirit and process thinking
- Ability to organize oneself
- Enjoy working in a young, dynamic team

Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Treatment Act (GleichbehandlungsG): Minimum yearly gross remuneration as per collective agreement from € 41.390,02 p.a. upwards - overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
