**Minimum Qualifications**

Degree in mechatronic/electric or electric/mechatronic technician

**Preferred Qualifications**

Precise and structured working style, strongly developed sense of duty and quality Precision during the execution of tasks Ability to work in a team Ability to think analytically Good communication skills and willingness to co-operate with other teams, departments and divisions High degree of initiative and flexibility Motivated self starter Openness to change and improvement Positive Attitude and Self Confidence Willingness to work independently and active in continuous improvement of the product quality, participation in the business processes and documentation (active questioning the internal customers and suppliers)
