Das Team des The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna sucht eine Lady oder einen Gentlemen für unser IT Department als:
**Systems Technician**

**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**:

- Gewährleistung eines störungsfreien Betriebs aller IT Systeme
- Routinemäßige Wartungen der aktuell installierten Systeme im Hotel
- Sicherstellung der höchstmöglichen Stabilität der bestehenden Systeme
- Sicherung und sichere Verwahrung der firmeneigenen Daten
- Einrichtung und Überprüfung von Benutzerzugängen entsprechend den Marriott International Standards
- Unterstützung der Hotelgäste und KollegInnen bei IT bezogenen Herausforderungen

**Folgende Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit**:

- Qualifizierte Ausbildung im IT Bereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung, wenn möglich in einem Hotel
- Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und / oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
