**Auf den Punkt gebracht**

Access Network Design & Transition steht für das kabelgebundene Breitbandnetz der A1. Wir verantworten die technischen Spezifikationen, das Testing, das Engineering und die technische Freigabe der Access-Plattformen, die Teil des A1 Service
- und Produktangebots sind. Die technische Weiterentwicklung dieser Plattformen gehört ebenso zu den zentralen Aufgaben wie die Sicherstellung von Performance, Sicherheit und Funktionalität im gesamten Lebenszyklus der Produkte.

Wir sind Ansprechpartner:innen für IT, Field Force, Marketing, NPO und arbeiten eng mit Einkauf und Logistik in Ausschreibungen und zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung zusammen.

**Dein neuer Job**
- Du verantwortest die technische Weiterentwicklung aller Accessplattformen im Bereich Festnetz, inklusive Back-End Systeme wie XNM, HDM und Network Analyse in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT.
- Du bist für die technischen Spezifikationen und technischen Abnahme neuer DSL, Richtfunk und PON Technologien sowie neuer Hardware und Software zuständig.
- Du kümmerst dich um die IT Integration und den Roll-out neuer Access Technologien.
- Du verantwortest einen effektiven & effizienten Personaleinsatz, etablierst Führungsroutinen und kümmerst dich um die Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
- Du setzt Maßnahmen um, um die Budgetziele zu erreichen.

**Du bist bei uns richtig, weil**
- du über eine abgeschlossene technische Schulausbildung (BHS) verfügst & min. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche sowie das notwendige Know-how mitbringst.
- du zu deinem Vorteil eine technische Universität
- oder FH-Studium (z.B. Nachrichtentechnik) absolviert hast.
- du fundierte Kenntnisse über Access Technologien (Ethernet, Richtfunk, DSL und PON), sowie gängiger Netzwerkprotokolle hast.
- du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Expert:innen mitbringst sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe technische Themen auf Augenhöhe zu diskutieren und über ein verhandlungssicheres Englisch verfügst.
- du bereits Erfahrung im Vendormanagement und dem Durchführen von Ausschreibungen hast.
- du dein Team dabei unterstützt, Neues auszuprobieren und auch bei Fehlschlägen hinter ihm stehst.
