Ulysseus Compass Project Assistant

**Ulysseus**: MCI I The Entrepreneurial School® is part of the strategic university alliance "Ulysseus", funded by the European Commission, which aims to establish and internationally position Ulysseus as an European University. Besides "Ulysseus", the project COMPASS is the flagship for the research & innovation agendas & strategies of Ulysseus. Through COMPASS, the Alliance will reinforce its shared long-term vision for research and innovation to achieve a systemic, structural, and sustainable impact at all levels of the participating institutions. To promote Ulysseus R&I agendas worldwide and transform them into an international European R&I - University model, we are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals.

**Your duties**: As a Project Assistant for Ulysseus Compass, you will be responsible for establishing a collaborative framework for education, research, innovation, and development cooperation with strategic, geographic regions worldwide.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Facilitate collaboration with other institutions outside of the Ulysseus Alliance worldwide.
- Support the COMPASS Project Manager in various project-related tasks such as drafting deliverables, partner communication, desk research and project administration.
- Planning and organization of project related dissemination events with international partners

**Your profile**:

- Master´s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent command of English.
- International orientation and high level of intercultural sensibility and competence.
- Team & customer-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as experience in the managing of international cooperation projects.
- Willingness to travel.

**What we offer**: We offer the possibility to work in an ambitious and international team in an attractive location. Depending on your qualification and experience, we offer an annual gross salary of €37.800;
- (on a full-time basis). The position is limited until May 2024.
