***Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung von Steuerberatungsprojekten im Konzernumfeld (Kapitalgesellschaften)
- Führung des Teams und Weiterentwicklung der Consultants
- Laufende Kommunikation mit Klienten auf internationaler Ebene sowie Behörden
- Onboarding von neuen Klienten, Transition Meetings, Support bei Akquisition
- Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen, IFRS-Reportings, Tax Accounting, Betriebsprüfungen
- Möglichkeit zur fachlichen Selbstverwirklichung bzgl. innovativer Themen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Steuerberaterprüfung, entsprechende akademische Ausbildung
- Mind. 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und Projektmanagement-Qualitäten
- Hohe Teamorientierung, Integrität, analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung, internationales Mindset
