We are looking for an international tax specialist to provide tax advice in particular on international transactions as well as to respond to tax questions raised by international operations. The international tax specialist analyzes and documents the organization's international business transactions, particularly in relation to transfer pricing issues and double tax treaties. They also assist in the coordination and monitoring of domestic tax matters and cross-border operations that affect Greentube's tax position in international tax planning structures.

Your tasks
  • Responsibility for all tax-related matters within the Greentube Group
  • Close cooperation with external tax consultants and transfer pricing specialists, as well as our internal finance team and tax department in the headquarter
  • Take care of all transfer pricing requirements and be responsible for the transfer pricing documentation
  • Responsibility and initiative to keep intercompany contracts current with changes in business
  • Ownership of transfer pricing, withholding tax, corporate tax, VAT and other tax related topics
  • First point of contact for tax authorities in case of a tax audit
Your profile
  • Bachelor's in Finance; Master's in Taxation or LLM a plus
  • 5 years experience minimum
  • Tax advisor examination
  • Very good command of English
  • Interest in IT topics, with good knowledge of Excel (MS Office is a prerequisite)
  • Being up to date with changes in international tax laws
  • Independent work style, resilience and flexibility
  • Solution-oriented approach to work and eagerness to always try to find the most efficient solution for new tax matters coming up
