External Affairs Lead _**_(M/F/d)_**

**Responsibilities**
- Directs public relations, internal communications and policy for our local site in Austria
- Leading a team of 5 direct reports
- Responsibility for integrated communication, policy and stakeholder management plans
- Driving political relations and networks
- Constant analysis of the healthcare environment evolution, priorities, need and challenges
- Identifying key stakeholders and their network
- Implementing communications & policy strategy to prepare access and reimbursement
- Collaborating with Customer Units, regionally and globally
- Advocating on behalf of the company with external stakeholder and acting as the press officer

External Affairs Lead _**_(M/F/d)_**

**Responsibilities**
- Directs public relations, internal communications and policy for our local site in Austria
- Leading a team of 5 direct reports

- Communicating facts/figures, to demonstrate the medical need, economic value of our products, in close collaboration with the internal departments
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Postgraduate degree in Public Relation, Politics or Communication
- Proven experience in the field of policy and/or marketing communication
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience of self-reliant planning, budgeting
- Experience in implementing internal and external policy & communication plans
- Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills in german & english
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast timelines
- Strong interacting with internal and external audiences
- In-depth knowledge and interest in health environment and economy
- Highly customer-focused and strategic thinker, with excellent project management skills and flexible, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
- Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
- Very good knowledge about local and national media landscape, web and social media trends
