The position is within the Value Chain Lending, an agile way of working where IT and business are working hand in hand to generate value and create an awesome user experience for our clients. We drive the ambition towards digitalization in Erste Bank and Sparkassen, with a focus on all lending products (retail and commercial). The teams cover the complete end-to-end lending process - meaning from customer needs to customer onboarding as well as to lifecycle events.

**About the role**:
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you understand that there’s little question about your purpose - getting stuff delivered. You need to understand the business needs and be capable of managing expectations, provide clear direction and expected goals, while avoiding unnecessary escalations. By having a complete overview of planned delivery, and closely working with dedicated development teams and local digital teams in business and IT, you will ensure an impediment-free pathway. In achieving this goal, you need to communicate with your team and be transparent about challenges, providing an action plan to remove the obstacles. You thrive in a dynamic working environment where agile is not only a mindset, but also a way of working and living.

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- A strong interest or some experience in agile project management skills and experience in rolling-out digital solutions
- An understanding or even experience in financing instruments (e. g. housing loans)
- Knowledge of how to structure complex issues, prioritize them and support their implementation
- Reacting fast, and with conviction, on possible project impediments (risk and change management)
- Act as the interface between stakeholders, identifying and removing friction, and facilitating clear communication
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence or any other collaboration software and ticketing system
- Awareness of planning necessity, foreseeing the risk and being ready to quickly act on changes
- A dedication in preparing and documenting meetings, plans, presentations
- Ideally expertise in agile principles (e. g. SCRUM)

**Your Background**:

- Some Experience in banking (e.g. lending area) or software industry
- Education with focus on business and/or IT
- Foundation of technical knowledge or interest (experience with banking software or even architecture, software development, APIs, infrastructure etc.)
- Establishing clear and well-structured communications
- Expressing your values and opinions in fluent German and English is a must
