**Wir suchen dich als **Senior Project Manager (w/m/d)**

**Was erwartet dich**:

- Leitung projektbezogener Expert:innen-Teams und Koordination aller relevanten Stakeholder
- Schnittstellenfunktion mit projektrelevanten, internen Fachbereichen und -abteilungen
- Projektsteuerung und -controlling (Projektplan, Zeitplan, Kostenplan, etc.)
- Aufbereitung von Projekt-Statusberichten zur Entscheidungsfindung für die Steuerungsgruppe/ Geschäftsleitung
- Internes und externes Management von Stakeholder:innen
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung funktionsbezogener Prozesse und Standards sowie das Erkennen von Potentialen
- Organisation von und Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Meetings und Events der Geschäftsführung
- Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und diversen Dokumenten sowie Mitwirkung bei der Budgeterstellung

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium
- Du bringst eine offene, aufgeschlossene und vor allem “easy to talk to” Persönlichkeit mit
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Strategie
- bzw. Managementberatung oder einem high-growth Start-Up mit und hast eng mit dem Management oder Gründungsteam zusammengearbeitet
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen, sowie exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets
- “Get it done Mentalität” und Erfahrung im (agilen) Projektmanagement - du arbeitest selbstständig, setzt Prioritäten, managst mehrere Arbeitspakete gleichzeitig und erzielst dabei sehr gute Resultate
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
