We drive the optimization and digital transformation of non-retail credit risk processes which includes supporting the realization of related group-wide projects and the operative monitoring of credit risk. Furthermore, we coordinate deliveries to regulatory audits and requests in the area of non-retail credit risk framework and processes.- Your Tasks- Acting as reliable contact person within the area of non-retail credit risk when it comes to regulatory inquiries
- Support and coordinate non-retail credit risk related deliveries to internal and external audit requests as well as the regulator (e.g. ECB, OeNB, FMA, financial auditors, etc.) and follow up on respective findings
- Group-wide steering, facilitating and continuously improving credit risk policies and procedures for non-retail credit risk area in line with regulatory requirements
- Foster technological changes and assess potential use cases for digitalization in your field of responsibilities- Your Background- Min. 2-3 years of experience in banking and consulting with a good understanding of credit risk management / underwriting processes
- Expertise of regulatory standards and the regulatory framework is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and organization skills
