Das Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Mid Office Team fungiert als kompetente Geschäftsunterstützung für die Kundenbetreuer:innen in den Commercial Real Estate Verkaufsteams in allen kunden
- oder transaktionsbezogenen Angelegenheiten. Dies umfasst die Akquise von Neukund:innen, die Durchführung von Transaktionen (Management, Steuerung und Überwachung des Dokumentationsprozesses) und die tägliche proaktive Kundenbetreuung.

**Deine Tasks**:

- Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer:innen (Vorbereitung von Transaktions
- und Limitanträgen, Anforderung und Sammlung von kunden-/geschäftsrelevanten Dokumenten und anderen Informationen)
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Lösung von ad-hoc Kundenanfragen
- Verantwortung für das administrative Management komplexester Transaktionen, Konsortialkredite und Deal-Monitoring
- Datenverantwortung und Verantwortung für die Ablage von Dokumenten in mehreren Systemen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Verkaufsunterlagen für Kundengespräche und Verkaufsveranstaltungen

**Ihr Background**:

- Kaufmännische und/oder bankkaufmännische Ausbildung wie Abschluss der Wirtschaftsschule oder alternativ Abschluss der kaufmännischen Lehre
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bankensektor, Finanzinstitute oder Immobilienfinanzierung von Vorteil
- Kenntnis und Verständnis von Bankprodukten und -vorschriften von Vorteil
- Präziser, zuverlässiger, kooperativer und konstruktiver Arbeitsstil
- Kundenorientiertes Denken
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
