Unser Mandant fungiert als international agierender Spezialist für Investitionen in Gewerbe
- und Sonderimmobilien. Das Unternehmen erschließt privaten sowie institutionellen Anlegern Investitionen an wirtschaftsstarken Standorten im deutschsprachigen Raum und bietet ein umfassendes Leistungspaket vom Development
- bis über das Asset
- und Property-Management. Langfristig in der Bestandshaltung betreut unser Auftraggeber bestehende Portfolios u.a. im Bereich Office, Retail sowie Hotelsegment und stützt sich dabei auf die Erfahrung aus mehreren Jahren Tätigkeit am internationalen Markt. Aufgrund langfristig geplanter und bereits durchgeführter Immobilienankäufe am österreichischen Markt suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag für unseren Mandanten zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Erweiterung des bestehenden leistungsstarken Teams eine/n erfahrene/n

Technical Manager (m/w/d) - Commercial Real Estate (VZ)

am Standort Wien
- Laufende Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen technischen Gebäudebetriebs sowie Gewährleistung der langfristigen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Sicherstellung und Überwachung des technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements sowie Prüfung, Organisation und Koordination von Instandhaltungs
- bzw. Umbaumaßnahmen
- Kontinuierliche Begleitung, Kontrolle und Abnahme der externen Dienstleistungen sowie laufende Bewertung der Gebäudetechnik auf Zustand und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Mitarbeit an der Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen sowie laufende Modernisierung unter den Gesichtspunkten der Energieoptimierung
- Selbstständige Steuerung von Planung und FM-Ausschreibung sowie Vergabe der Gewerke inklusive Vertragsverhandlung und Gewährleistungsüberprüfung
- Regelmäßiges Reporting in Deutsch und Englisch sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen im Property und Asset Management
- Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung, Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Abgeschlossene technisch fundierte Ausbildung im Facility Management bzw. TGA, vorzugsweise Studium auf BA-Level
- Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Property
- bzw. Facility Management sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Office-, Sonder
- und Retail-Immobilien
- Kenntnisse der Gebäudetechnik und in bautechnischen Fragestellungen sowie im Ausschreibungs-, Vergabe
- und Vertragsrecht
- Solides kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie erste Erfahrung in der Kosten
- und Budgetüberwachung
- Selbstständige, belastbare und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Strukturiertheit und Lösungsorientierung
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und hoher IT-Affinität
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Führerschein der Klasse B setzen wir voraus
- Die Möglichkeit, rasch Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich langfristig in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld weiterentwickeln zu können
- Hohe Selbständigkeit in einem Umfeld eines erfolgreichen Unternehmens

- Für diese Position wird ein attraktives Jahresbruttogehalt ab ca. EUR 58.000, - geboten, wobei je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine Überzahlung vorgesehen ist.
