Aufgaben

**Du bist ein**: e passionierte: r Social Media Manager: in und Content Creator, Du vereinst Kreativität mit Trendgespür und bist ab dem ersten Tag bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und innovative Ideen zu realisieren.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Social Media Content Strategien für unsere Kunden.
- Kreation von zielgruppenorientiertem, einzigartigem Content für Plattformen wie Facebook, Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn.
- Etablierung und Pflege neuer Social Media-Kanäle.
- Fotografie und Videoproduktion, inklusive der Auswahl und Handhabung von Equipment und Software.
- Aktives Community Management und Performance-Analyse zur stetigen Optimierung unserer Social Media-Auftritte.
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Marketingbereichen, um integrierte und kohärente Kommunikationsstrategien zu entwickeln.

Qualifikation

**Dein Profil**:

- Tiefgehende Affinität zu Social Media und Online Marketing, idealerweise mit B2B-Erfahrung.
- Kreativer Kopf mit einem feinen Gespür für die neuesten Social Media Trends, Formate und Taktiken.
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung und im Management von Social Media Plattformen wie Facebook, Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn.
- Starkes Interesse an neuen Online-Communities und kontinuierlichem Lernen.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social Media Management, inklusive Content-Erstellung (Text, Bild, Video).
- Exzellentes Gespür für Sprache, Storytelling, Storyboards und das Setzen effektiver Hooks.
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und entscheidungsfreudige Arbeitsweise.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Positive Ausstrahlung, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, kreative Ansätze und eine datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung.

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Erfahrung mit Social Media Marketing und Analyse-Tools (z.B. Facebook Business Manager, Creator Studio, ).
- Kenntnisse in Tools wie, Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, FilMic, CapCut und die Bereitschaft, sich in diesen weiterzubilden.
- Erfahrung in agilem und projektbezogenem Arbeiten, Teamplayer-Qualitäten.
