Student Recruitment Advisor

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor the lead pipeline efficiently through Modul University’s customer relationship management system and student management system (Anthology)
- Improve the automation and measurement of our lead generation process
- Collect insights and information on the customer and use this information to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to producing reports on leads and prospective students
- Create meaningful experiences and relationships by all means of communication (online, offline) and plan, design and conduct activities with prospective students, involved stakeholders, i.e., parents, relatives, agents, network partners families (such as Online Events, Open Days, Schools Tours in Austria and abroad, etc.)
- Develop, operationalize and conduct selected recruitment activities in accordance with and in collaboration with external partners
- Answer to front-line enquiries from prospective students, including the management of outbound calling campaigns to support progression through the student lifecycle
- Manage the crucial follow-up touchpoints once a student enquired
- Identify high quality leads turning into high quality students
- Identify recruitment opportunities and promote MU at student recruitment events in Austria and abroad
- Manage and actively shape MU’s profile in strategic networks (i.e., EUC, IACAC, CIS)

**Your profile**:

- University degree or equivalent.
- Ideally a minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment.
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Proactive, agile and engaged attitude with a business & results-driven mindset.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must and German are an asset.
- IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Valid work permit in Austria.
