**About The Role**:
Entain is one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, operating both online and in the retail sector. With offices across five continents and licences in more than 25 countries, we operate some of the most well-known and iconic brands in the industry with more than 250 years of combined history - names such as bwin, Coral, Foxy, Gala, Ladbrokes, and partypoker.

There will be the requirement to troubleshoot and test many key technical SEO areas, which need to be managed according to defined marketing strategies and business priorities.

Communication will be to a range of stakeholders and professionals, within regions such as Europe, US, and LATAM, including SEO specialists, project managers and developers. Therefore, in-depth Technical SEO knowledge, experience liaising with business partners in a diverse multicultural environment, and fluent spoken and written technical and business English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, recommend, and manage (to resolution) a whole variety of technical SEO issues including HTML elements, JavaScript Frameworks, Sitecore (CMS), Content Delivery Networks, server-side problems, Google Search Console errors and Core Web Vitals recommendations
- Document technical requirements and work with business-analysts, developers through to implementation
- Maintain a current understanding of the profession to provide the best-known solutions to Technical SEO issues
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the business
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs
- Identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, and content
- Perform keyword research & build lists of targeted key phrases
- Educate relevant departments in the use of SEO guidelines/best practices and follow up on its implementation
- Personally execute fixes and optimizations
- Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills
- Background designing URL structures and navigation elements
- Ability to analyze log files and correlate data from various sources
- Experience optimizing robots.txt files, implementing canonical tags, cross domain hreflang, pagination pages, and identifying/ fixing redirect loops
- Superior knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments

Competencies:

- Experience working in large organisations, coordinating and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders involved in SEO activities
- Good communication, technical knowledge, analytics, project management, writing and organisational skills
- Ability to work towards targets/KPIs and manage budgets
