**About The Role**:
Entain is one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, operating both online and in the retail sector. The Senior Technical SEO Executive will work alongside the Technical SEO Manager and will be instrumental to supporting the growth of targeted organic search engine traffic for the entire portfolio of Entain's web properties.

They will be the main point of contact for projects and incidents and will coordinate them with the Technical SEO team and other involved parties until completion/resolution. This will also require prompt communication with stakeholders to inform them of any impactful changes to SEO performance.

Communication will be to a range of stakeholders and professionals, within regions such as Europe, US, and LATAM, including SEO specialists, project managers and developers. Therefore, in-depth Technical SEO knowledge, experience liaising with business partners in a diverse multicultural environment, and fluent spoken and written technical and business English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Emphasis on communication and negotiating skills.
- Ability to lead daily standups & dev meetings and follow technical incidents to resolution.
- Exceptional technical SEO skills
- Deep knowledge of Pagespeed Insights, Core Web Vitals, Real User Monitoring (RUM)
- Identify and recommend solutions to technical areas including page elements, JavaScript Frameworks, CMS, CDN and server related issues
- Knowledge of Prerendering services and their effects on SEO
- Document requirements in written form and work with key project staff to their implementation

Specialist skills:

- Working knowledge of modern web technologies
- Strong knowledge and experience of technical SEO
- Able to navigate your way through source code to identify technical SEO issues
- Extensive experience using industry standard SEO tools
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to convey requirements and brainstorm solutions with front-end and back-end developers
- Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills
- Background designing URL structures and navigation elements
- Ability to analyze log files and correlate data from various sources
- Experience optimizing robots.txt files, implementing canonical tags, cross domain hreflang, pagination pages, and identifying/ fixing redirect loops
- Superior knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments
