The People Services department leads the development of Industry leading people strategies. It is a future-oriented function with a focus on attraction and engagement of the best talent to drive growth and innovation in the world of sports and technology.

Reporting to one of two Reward Partners with a diverse partnering portfolio, you will have a dual focus; helping to drive the implementation of the global reward strategy through strong reward analytics and commercial acumen, and providing support to the equity program. This is an ideal opportunity to join a growing central reward function, particularly if you would like to pursue an equity career pathway for a Nasdaq listed entity in the future.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Support a Reward Partner with advanced analytics and stakeholder management, deputising where required.
- Using advanced analytical/logical skillset to interpret and advance Sportradar’s reward proposition in a global market.
- Maintain the equity database and analytics, working with our external stock plan administrator, and supporting the annual grant cycle.
Coach and support wider People Team stakeholders on reward practices. Including assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with offers for new hires, promotions and relocations.
- Become the reward technical analyst for commercial business functions including (but not limited to) Sports Entertainment and Sports Solutions, and support functions including Engineering, Finance, Legal etc.
- Support the annual pay review and bonus cycle.
- Develop team knowledge of Workday, work closely with the People Systems Team to enhance Workday tools and analytics that can support and drive reward practices.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Bachelor´s degree in HRM/Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Previous Total Reward experience in a similar role
- Highly analytical and numeric, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Embrace cultural and individual differences
- Able to navigate through resistance to change and conflict to achieve resolution
- Experience working in an international environment
- Experience with Workday a plus
- Worked across borders in virtual teams
- Culturally sensitive and aware
- Understand the importance of linking HR strategy to organizational strategy
- Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management
