**Business Analyst (f/m/x)

**Your mission at RBI**:

- Understanding the customer needs
- Translate these needs into solution designs and functional specifications for products that directly impact customers and are driving efficiency and excellence
- Continuously collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the requirements are properly implemented into product features and delivered in high quality to our customers
- Cooperate closely with other teams within CMI, RBI and Networkunits, as well as with external clients (institutional & corporate)
- Be able to understand the end-to-end payment process of big CEE corporations
- Support test case design, UAT and definition of acceptance criteria
- Evaluate processes, proactively anticipate needs, and uncover areas for improvement

***Your core competencies**:

- Work experience in business analysis or requirement engineering
- IT education or similar experience as business Analyst in an IT related area
- Ability to extract the necessary requirements from alignment meetings with stakeholders and translate them into feature stories for the developers
- First experiences in the financial or banking sector with good knowledge of payment formats and processes
- Fluent in English to collaborate with non-technical and technical stakeholders in the CEE region

***Nice to have**:

- Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Programming/Scripting skills
- German or CEE languages
