**ASTORE** is our Global Procurement Organization, which covers all products & services needed by our clients to address their daily operational needs or one-shot construction and renovation projects.

The Europe & North African (ENA) Astore team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and promoting its products and services in 45 Countries, across Europe, CIS and North Africa.

In the last few years, the Procurement team has placed the digital transformation in its top priorities, aiming to support the internal team from sourcing to selling, and to ease the entire procurement process of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners.

Join our Procurement-Team in Europe & North Africa (45 countries) We are seeking an experienced **(Senior) Category Manager (M/F/d)**, who will be responsible for procurement and management across various services-categories, collaborating with local, international and global suppliers. Your main focus will be on the service categories for our hotels in the region.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- ** Category Ownership**: You will be responsible for all (local) procurement for your categories, managing the offers on your marketplace; in addition you are responsible for revenue and profit for the categories in your scope
- ** Customer Focus**: A key part of your role will be to develop a clear understanding of business & guest needs, as well as new trends in the market and translating these into strategies and offers for your Categories
- ** Negotiations**: You take the lead on international tenders and bidding processes and will support the local identification and implementation of best practices, synergies and more
- ** End-to-End Procurement**: You will manage the entire selection and decision making process on suppliers, assess supplier’s quotations, and negotiate contracts, prices and T&Cs and are responsible for the source-to-contract-process for your categories, including all RFI-/RFP-/RFQ-processes
- ** Strategic Development**: You will take on the further development of the procurement strategy for your category (including supplier panels, market share targets and management of the product & services portfolio)
- ** Collaboration**: Together with the Team you will work on defining our strategy for complex and/or multinational needs and projects in Europe & North Africa, spanning multiple categories
- ** Performance Management**: You will define KPIs, SLAs and other indicators for your suppliers and monitor their performance
- ** Contract Compliance**: Finally, you will monitor pricing and bids and ensure compliance with negotiated contracts

**Qualifications** Your Experience and Skills include**:

- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with focus on (strategic) procurement / category management
- You have excellent project management skills
- Long-term and strategic thinking are amongst your core strengths
- You are a strong communicator, with experience in working with various stakeholders across all areas and levels of the business
- You have proven negotiation skills
- You are fluent in English and German
