Product Visionary Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Product Visionary to join our Solution leadership team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Product Visionary, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to address customer requirements and the dynamic needs of the business.
  • Establish yourself as the domain expert across our entire Solution product portfolio and provide guidance and leadership to product managers.
  • Regularly engage with senior leadership across core areas like Sales, Business Systems, Finance, Marketing, Alliances, Post-Sales, R&D, and external partners to ensure product strategy meets the business objectives.
  • Work closely with highly cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful product solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover opportunities and anticipate future trends.
  • Present the product at customer briefings and regularly engage in customer interviews to identify recurring pain points and product improvement.
  • Identify strategic organic and inorganic growth areas and develop product investment proposals.
  • Utilize data to drive decisions, communicate impact, and secure buy-in from senior executives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in product management or equivalent roles within a SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years in a Product Lead role, preferably managing teams of 10 or more product managers.
  • Extensive experience in building and managing subscription products at scale in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in defining and developing product strategies and driving innovation in a fast-growing software company.
  • Experience in identifying and driving Product-Led-Growth initiatives in a B2B setting.
  • Ability to handle complex conversations with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
  • Excellent business acumen and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability, paired with excellent communication skills and a strong bias for action.
