Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Manager to establish and lead a new capability within the Account Experience Solution. This capability will work on diverse initiatives across the customer purchase journey, complementing our high-touch enterprise sales motions with low/no-touch options, accelerating the onboarding of new customers and expanding growth within existing ones.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the capability in close alignment with the capability leadership team.
  2. Develop a strong vision, mission, and roadmap for the capability.
  3. Co-own the product strategy with the Solution Product Lead for the core focus areas within the capability.
  4. Represent the leadership team internally and externally.
  5. Collaborate and regularly align with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  6. Identify pain points and opportunities for additional customer and business value.
  7. Drive resource planning (staffing) and identify key-invest areas in alignment with the company's business goals.
  8. Act as a domain leader, inspiring, guiding, and closely working with the product management team.
  9. Promote product management methodologies, tools, and best practices through coaching, mentoring, and setting an example for product managers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent role within a SaaS software product company, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • 3+ years in a product lead role, preferably leading larger teams of 10 or more product managers.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing product strategies resulting in significant business impact.
  • Proven track record in defining and executing Product-Led-Growth initiatives (Acquisition and Expansion) within a B2B environment.
  • Ideal experience in the Observability space.
  • Significant experience working in a matrix organization and ability to lead through influence.
  • Ability to handle complex conversations, externally with our customers and internally with senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, hands-on mentality, and proactivity.
  • High degree of resilience, ability to deal with uncertainty, and strong decision-making skills.
