In our “Engineering” department within our Division “**Air Pollution Contro**l” in** Raaba** we are searching for a **Project Engineering Manager** (m/w/d):
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Coordination of the technical realization of a project with regard to a technically optimized design and within the project budget, the schedule, standards and guidelines and the customer contract.
- Leading and supporting technical staff within a project team
- Creating resource plans and assigning precise tasks to technicians within a project team in close coordination with the Director of Engineering
- Responsibility for the execution of the technical concept according to the contract
- Creating project specific applicable general guidelines and templates.
- Creating standards as well as defines scopes for the staff within in the project team
- Contribution to capacity compensations with other projects and departments as well as with external resources in coordination with Director Engineering and the project manager
- Supporting project engineers in the procurement of equipment.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH or University) in the field of mechanical engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in project based business, experienced in the area of large scale industrial projects
- First experience in leading and guiding teams
- Good knowledge of modern project management tools, MS Project, MS Teams and MS Office
- Strong communication skills in technical discussions and negotiations, team-Player
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel
- Business fluent English skills spoken and written (min. B2) required, German and other language skills are beneficial
In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.542,60 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
